On Thursday night, a 36-year-old woman was killed in an officer-involved shooting in Bath, New Hampshire, according to authorities. The incident followed a police pursuit that ended with officers finding the woman armed with a handgun.

According to Formella’s office, state and local police responded to a report that Seto was armed and driving with the intention to confront a family member with whom she had a dispute. Officers spotted her vehicle on Route 112 around 7 p.m., heading toward Bath. Investigators said Seto did not comply with police commands to stop, leading to a pursuit. The pursuit concluded after officers deployed a spike strip just south of the intersection of Route 112 and Route 302, disabling her vehicle.
Officer Response and Shooting
When officers approached Seto’s disabled vehicle, they allegedly found her armed with a handgun.
